ENGR. M.A. OLATUNDE DABIRI
Engr. Dabiri holdS a B.Sc (Hon.) degree (1975) from the University of Ife, in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. P.G.C. Advanced Telecommunication (Harlow) in 1978, Advanced Engineering & Management Courses at ITT Europe (1977 - 1979). He has over 32 years of business experience in Nigeria and USA.
He worked for ITT / Alcatel Nig. Ltd as the Chief Engineer of projects for 15 years where he managed field engineering activities in the Cross-Country installation and maintenance of all Public Telephone Exchanges and Associated Power Engineering infrastructure covering over 45 towns and villages in Nigeria.
He is the owner, President and CEO MOD Engineering Nig. Ltd from 1990 to present, and a co-owner and Managing Director of Earthvision International Africa Ltd.
FATAI AJIBOLA ILUPEJU
Dr. Ilupeju has a dual Degree in Medicine and Dentistry. He is currently a clinical Attending Physician at Boston Medical Center. He graduated with BDS degree, from the School of Dental Sciences, University of Lagos in 1984 and received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Boston University School of Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1994. He spent five years working as a Dentist both in Nigeria and at Meharry Medical College, Department of Hospital Dentistry, Nashville, Tennessee, USA, between 1984 and 1989.
Dr. Ilupeju is an avid investor, with experience in buying and selling stocks, index mutual funds, healthcare funds and financing. He has a Certificate in Business Administration through the ASA Business administration program. His interests are in Health financing, Equity investments and Public Health Issues.
OLADIRAN AMOSU
He is a practicing Anesthesiologist. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B, B.S) degree from the College of Medicine of the University of Lagos, a Diploma in Anesthetics (United Kingdom) from the Royal College of Anesthetists and a Board Certification from the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Amosu had a brief stint as an academic Anesthesiologist at the New England Medical Center in Boston from 2000 to 2003, before going into private practice. He is currently in private practice as an independent Anesthesiologist with the Amsol Physicians of Columbus, Georgia Anesthesiology group.
REAR ADMIRAL AKINDELE TIMSON (RTD)
He is a retired Naval Officer, and holds a Master Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan, and a Fellow of the National War College (FWC). His last major command was Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command of the Nigerian Navy.
He was a leading committee member under the aegis of the Presidential Implementation Committee (PIC) on Maritime Security and Safety, which was formed as a consequence to the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attack in New York. In the same committee, he headed the Technical Sub- Committee with responsibility for equipment sourcing, planning and implementation for the various Ports, Offshore oil and gas facilities in Nigeria.
Currently, he heads a Maritime Security Consultancy Group an organization of highly experienced professionals whose mission is to assist business and government organizations in safe guarding personnel, ports, oil and gas facilities and other products worldwide.
MUSA AUDU
Mr. Audu is an honourable member of the Law Society of England and Wales who practices as a Solicitor in London. He holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Kean College now Kean University of New Jersey in Politics and Economics and Masters of Arts Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Detroit Michigan, USA. He obtained LLB (Hons) from Middlesex Polytechnic (now Middlesex University), London United Kingdom.
Following his Masters Degree, Mr. Audu worked briefly in the Department of Employment and Training at City of Newark, in Newark, New Jersey before joining the State of New Jersey Department of Education at Montclair State College, Montclair, New Jersey.
MR. J. B. FUMUDOH
Mr. Fumudoh is the Managing Director/C.E.O. of Manufacturing & Marketing Co (Nig) Ltd. – MAMCO, manufacturer of PORTAKABIN instant accommodation. MAMCO, headquartered in Port Harcourt, pioneered the concept of instant accommodation in Nigeria and developed this business from scratch to the over NGN1.00bn industry-wide business it is today. The company's brand PORTAKABIN is the market leader and is generic for instant accommodation in Nigeria at present.
Mr. Fumudoh is an Accounting graduate of the University Of Lagos, Akoka, and has over 30 years of managerial and manufacturing business experience. He has diversified national and international business interests and is a Director of National e-Government Strategies Ltd. - NeGSt - a public private partnership presently engaged in electronically interfacing the Nigerian populace with Federal Government services. He is also a Director of Joshcana & Co. Ltd., a food processing company.
HAROUN B. IBRAHEEM
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1979) in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration degree (1985) in marketing and Organizational Management from Southern Illinois University, and a Financial Planning Certification (1996) from Merrimack College, Andover Massachusetts, USA.
He brings over 28 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Clients' Stocks and Mutual Funds portfolio management, and day-to-day operational responsibility into Boston Capital Investments, Ltd (BCI).
JIMI OLUFEMI FALOLA
Mr. Falola is a professional Banker and a graduate of Banking & Finance of Olabisi Onabanjo University (former Ogun State University) Ago-Iwoye. He qualified as an Associate of Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in 1990.
Mr Falola started his banking career with United Bank of Africa Plc in 1983 and later joined Credite Bank of Nigeria Ltd in 1992 before moving to EIB International Bank Plc (Now Skye Bank) in 1997. From there he worked till 2006 before joining Boston capital Investments Limited.
QUAMDEEN ADEBOLA ADEBIYI
Mr. Adebiyi, Quamdeen Adebola is a graduate of Accountancy from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos State. He started his career with Mobil Oil Nigeria plc in 1998 as an Industrial Attachee, a Youth Corper and later as a Contract Employee from where he joined the Lagos State Government in Year 2000 as the Personal Assistant to the Special Adviser on Systems and Audit to the Executive Governor and later to the Honorable Commissioner (Science & Technology and Finance).
He joined Boston Capital Investments in Year 2007 as an Accounts/Research Officer.Mr. Adebiyi has various experiences both in the Private and Public Sector of the Economy.
